Nordic Life are pleased to announce their support for Share The Light – a charity assisting underprivileged children and young adults in Zambia.
Share The Light is a charitable fundraising initiative pioneered by Salesian College in London which aims to help improve the quality of life of young people in Zambia by funding access to education, financing vital building projects, ensuring nutritional needs are met and facilitating the availability of clean, disease free drinking water.
We’re delighted to be sponsoring the next major fundraising drive, a Share The Light Fundraiser event which will take place at the college on 24 May, and will include a variety of sports, entertainment and games.
The right of every child to access safe drinking water is a cause especially close to our heart, and is one of the most fundamentally important parts of the work undertaken by Share The Light. In the longer term though, their efforts to ensure ever greater numbers of young people in the region have access to affordable and high quality education is perhaps the most transformative aspect.
